Adult Classes

Aerial Straps

Students in this class will learn progressions for the basic movements and positions of aerial straps. Students will explore these positions through safe progressions and with instructor spotting. Positions include the skin-the-cat, meathook, side planche, muscle-ups, front lever, and back lever. We will also explore dynamic movements including swings and spins, and beginning one-arm inversions. The curriculum for this class will include calisthenic exercises on aerial straps and also on gymnastics rings, stall bars, and other circus apparatuses.
