Ages 12+

Welcome to the wonderful world of balance! Students will learn techniques and theories for body alignment and muscle engagement helping them not only improve balance on the ground, but also on apparatus. Classes offered could be wire, walking globe, rolla bolla, unicyle, and stilts or any combination! Wire walking and balance skills are learned in progressions and with an eye for creative movement while balancing.
