Adult Classes

Handbalancing

Let’s get upside down! Holding a freestanding handstand is a challenge, so in class, we will build up our strength and body awareness through exercises and drills that help us progress toward standing on our hands! Students will be given exercises and drills to start feeling comfortable putting weight in their hands and getting their feet off the floor in a comfortable way. As students progress toward higher levels, students will continue to grow their handstand practice by learning a variety of handstand shapes, crocodiles, and other inversions.
